What... no reviews? Having not written a review before for any manga i cant say i can do this manga justice. in a few words: this manga is the best literally, you should have no hesitation in picking up this manga and reading, it just keeps better. I assure you, you can expect no less from the author of yakitate japan!. The series follows child that after seeing a video of a surgery done to himself surgery, becomes fassicinated by the medical world, with his inquisitive mind and great skills he soon becomes a child with such a large amount of medical skills and knowledge at sucha young age, rivaling that of normal medical doctors. The rest is up to you to read.

The art works great enough said.

characters are great.

Enjoyment - off the charts

This series sure will inspire you to become a medical doctor, just like before yakitate japan before would have made you want to be a baker.

This is a must read for anyone.

well so far i read all of the chapters so far in the manga and it's still ongoing..... the story is about a kid who had a heart condition when he was a newborn and a doctor saved him. later when he became older he became set on becoming a doctor to save other ppl. its awsome because he does not treat his patients like objects or idiots trying to slowdown there talking and make the kids look stupid he treats the patients like eqauls.

Well, this manga almost has the same plot as Yakitate!! Japan, seeing as they both have the same Author. But there are lots of authors with multiple stories, while each has its very own charm. Saijou no Meii though is only different in the characters name and looks, while even the personality of the main character stays almost the same. The subject changes of course, too. So instead of being a baker, the main chara is now a skilled pediatrician. So i say, if you REALLY liked the other you might want to try this out, but for me, one NAIVE, SUPER-TALENTED-AT-WHAT-YOU'RE-DOING, NICE boy is enough. I don't recommend this toanyone who likes interesting stories with new ideas that make you shiver in exitement.

If you just want to read easy, not-very-complicated stories, you might like this, cause I'm not saying this is BAD (I know it sounded like it) but it's a little boring.
