So where to start, have you ever read famous comics like batman, spiderman, onepunchman, etc? This is a superhero manwha, but it's like none of these mentioned before. So what makes this manwha different than your average superhero story? It's silly beyond everything. It has some drama in it, but the overall theme is about over the topness, parody and silliness. So the protagonist starts out as a plain highschool kid with an immense amount of superpowers. Hes superpowers are extent of a god, but hes physics are really weak, and hes not the smartest tool in the box. So he uses hes powers toget better grades and in everyday tasks. He doesn't wan't to be a hero, he just wants to resume hes normal life and go to college. Other characters are fairly enjoable also, like a demonic loli and a socially akward raven. The more amusing thing in thins manwha is that, reader can not often tell, if the character is a a male or a female, what I personally find really amusing.

Visuals are also actually pretty good, there aren't a lot of action scenes but everything is in colour and I often felt like watching an anime while reading it.

If you are looking for a good comedy, this is it and it seems really not that popular. As it goes on also more drama folllows. This is a really fun seeries so far at least.

This is a superhero comic with a twist. Our hero, Naga is a high schooler who has immense superpowers which he does not wish to use and would rather live a normal life. Naga is the opposite of all the superheroes anyone would have seen on TV or Comics, He is a lethargic kid who doesn't want to get himself into complicated/troublesome things. It's an Action + Comedy kind of comic, It doesn't have lots of action sequences like in shounen manga, neither does it have edgy, gripping plot like"'if we don't defeat the bad guys within this time period something horrible is gonna happen", itdoesn't have that kind of tension, yup "tension" would be the correct word. this manga has a lot of tension-worthy moments( lots of sad backstories), but by adding comedy in their day-to-day life this tension is balanced and the story becomes much more comfortable and enjoyable to read.

PLOT SUMMARY

The story is set in a fantasy world where evolved/hybrid Human beings, people with superpowers, immortals, normal human beings live together just like in a normal world, in the current time period. SPOON is an organisation that hires people with superpowers as heroes and fights crime. SPOON hires Naga a high schooler, who has immense amount of superpowers. Naga is not your ordinary superhero who acts valiant, he hasn't given much thought about his powers and is brought up very normally. After being hired by SPOON, he is also targeted by KNIFE- a group that always causes terror, KNIFE wants Naga to join them for he is considered the most powerful being in the whole planet. What comes next are the battles between the members of the two organisation, their backstories and a lot of character development.

The characters are all loveable, both SPOON and KNIFE has a set of interesting people. The character developments are mostly shown in the backstory and the majority of those are for the bad guys, in which case you would be able to understand each of them better. The only person who shows character development in the present seems to be Naga. The author takes a lot of time to show character development and he conveys lots of emotions and various principles of different people(including the bad guys) which is very interesting and sometimes feels like the whole comic is a debate between good and bad.

This is Gintama, but webtoon version. The story starts out fun. It's all jokes and laughs. And then it's not. All of a sudden, things quickly turn dark really, really quickly. The laughter turns into tears, the jokes turn into sadness. This is a tale of twisted love stories. Story- 8 The story is set in a world where almost everyone is a "mix", granting them abilities. For example, one of the characters inside is half otter half human. Yeah, it sounds weird but for some reason, it blends in naturally. It's sort of like Boku no hero academia. Anyway, our main lead Naga has a pretty powerfuland useful ability and is scouted by this hero organization called spoon. That's right, spoon. And then we have the villain organization called knife. That's right. Knife. Guess what's next? Yup, fork. Fork is a talent agency.

Art- 7

Not great to be honest. However, you can see that it gradually improves, like any other artist's art. So it's more of a journey rather than a start of "WOW THIS ART IS AMAZING ASDHKSGF".

Character- 8

Every character is unique and lovable (Well, not everyone is lovable but they add to the enjoyment of the story)

"Sign me up!" *Finger gun* - We have Naga, powerful but yet extremely lazy. HE CAN LITERALLY LIFT A BUILDING WITH A LIFT OF A FINGER. He's a pure cinnamon roll who wants the best for others. When his eyes open, you're dead.

"Please love me" - Morae Baek, the main villain and the leader for Fork. He's kind of twisted in an innocent way. He can't die. His power is purification.

"SYLVIAAAAAA!!" - Guineung. Panda mix. He's an otaku and has the power of copycat. "

"It was all his idea" - Dana, leader of Spoon, and my waifu. She has supernatural strength and tries protects the members of spoon at all costs. She seems cold and apathetic, but she actually cares a lot. I LOVE HER.

"I wath thrying to cath a fwy and my hanth thlipped" - Sasa. A human and bird (?) / raven (?) mix. Can fly. Quiet and seems extremely intimidating, but is actually very gentle and has a lisp. Absolutely hilarious when it first appears in the webtoon. Also a pure cinnamon roll.

"What do summoning circles look like again?" - Hyena, a child but is mature for her age. She's a witch. You'd think that she's cute and cries easily but nope. She's not fragile at ALL. She only cries when the people around her are hurt. Also, she's savage.

This is the main cast. Other cast members include angels and a cockroach butler who somehow managed to date one of the angels and one of the antagonists who is almost as powerful as Naga. Kinda twisted.

Enjoyment- 9

I've laughed, I've cried. 10/10 will go through it again.

Overall- 8

I would recommend this to anyone who has patience. The first few chapters are just fun and jokes but you'll have to wait until around the 50th chapter to get warmed up to the plot (Trust me, it seems long but isn't). That's when the story turns serious and when the tears start.

Normally I'm the sort of person who likes to turn off my brain and read trash, but this series is an exception. I think this might legitimately be the most interesting take on an OP protagonist I've ever seen. It's entertainingly funny near the start (although some of the gags have some deeper undertones that are only apparent when you think back on them after reading more) and it picks up more dramatic momentum as the story progresses. I've reread it several times, and would definitely recommend picking it up and reading it until the end. Characters: 10/10 What makes it so fantastic are the charactersand their development. Naga, the protagonist, has the strongest power in the world, but he is an ordinary, decent person. He is flawed like an average high school student. He wasn't born with the personality of a star combatant; he has a strong sense of guilt and a weak stomach. That, however, doesn't mean he can live in peace; far too many people are interested in his power for that to happen. Also worth mentioning is his boss, Dana, who is easily my all-time favorite female hero. She exudes fantastic amounts of sheer badassery while at the same time being very human. The rest of the cast is great too; it's quite varied and the characters all have their own stories and personalities. I could go on about them for a long time.

Story: 9/10

The story has lots of funny moments and lots of meaningful ones. If I had to describe it overall, it's the story of the journey of the protagonist's character. There are a lot of other stories and messages interwoven, but I think that's the core of it.

In a way, it's is quite uplifting. Instead of showing one-sidedly how power corrupts, it also shows how people can remain good even under immense emotional pressure. The clashes between the philosophies of different characters lead to some moments and realizations that I often now think of when reading other works. There's a fantastic scene where the main villain taunts a fallen hero and his remarks cut to the bone because he's right.

Art: 7.5/10

The art isn't super high-production or anything, but it conveys everything it should. It does what it needs to in order to effectively tell the story. It wouldn't be worth reading for the art alone, but the art doesn't hold it back.

Enjoyment: 10/10

I found it really enjoyable. It keeps you entertained or deeply interested, depending on the part. It has more than enough depth to get engaged with the world of the story. As such, when something cool happens, you really feel it.

Overall: 10/10

Overall, this might be my favorite webtoon ever. It's definitely the one that's given me the most to think about. It's really well-constructed, the characters are fantastic, and it's amazing to watch it unfold. It's memorable and has lots of neat or really funny little details in the art. The OP protagonist concept is expanded on in a thoughtful but riveting way. Honestly, I'd call it beautiful. It might need a bit of patience beyond "I want to see blood now", though, so give it a try when you're in the mood.

First of all, this is a good ass manga. If you are interested in "OP Protagonist" thing, defo give it a read. The characters are great, the humor is actually really good, and the drama is mostly solid. But, idk if this is a nit pick on my part but I found this manga has some massive flaws within itself as well. (HEAVY SPOILERS) I think the main plot of this manga actually sucked. The side stories were actually much more interesting and much more believable. The story got dragged on for so long, which made me respect the main storyline less and less. Oh, Knifegot saved because of this; oh Orca became a god because of that... This dragged on for like 200 chapters. Which is just poor writing.I believe the main villain of this manga should have been Youngjeoung, as her motive and actual powers were much more interesting. But what did the mangaka used him for? To add the show another plot convenience so that the manga could go on for another 100 chapters. Naga not force healing her even though he is so scared of damaging anyone was just so stupid. And as I said, she had a fascinating motive as well. But I guess nearly every manwha is like this, they drag on for so long.

Also, the scaling in this manga is just so off. Orca looks like 10x the strength of anyone in the verse. I get it, Naga is scared of killing people but he can deal with people without killing them. And what drives me mad is they actually showed him using these skills when the plot allowed him to, but other times he just forgets that he can hold any people in anywhere he wants. I get the gem thing or whatever, but if you think about it he can still keep people in a certain place with that power.

You know what would have made sense instead of this? Making Unlucky part of Knife. With that you can actually explain how Knife got so lucky so many times, and it would have made unlucky a relevant character. With her position in anime, he just looked like Naga's pet that he felt pity for, which was stupid on its own cause Naga never really reacted this way on other abused characters. Again, another poor writing.

(SPOILERS END HERE)

So in conclusion, amazing concepts, not that good of an execution. If you get triggered easily by logic mistakes in a media, read this with caution :)
