Reviews for Omerta: Kochou no Yume no Hate

The art was very pretty. The story was decent and probably would have been pretty good if anything had been resolved. Instead it ends on a pretty big cliffhanger and only resolves the relationship between the two main characters and leaves everything else unresolved. The uke was pretty annoying but all the other characters were decent. Overall, this manga was just decent, not great.

TRIGGER WARNING FOR RAPE - The MC had his parents killed by the assassin and has pathetically been trying to kill him but he doesn't have it in him, so he just chases him around like a dumb person or so I thought until it shows the assassin raping the MC and the MC talks about how it's not the first or second time this has happened and how he wishes the assassin would just kill him instead of raping him, and hating how the assassin always takes out his frustrations on him by raping him. Our boy is a victim and the ML isstraight up trash. Aside from the horrible writing the art is nice but the characters are not lovable or interesting.
