I had recently finished a very angst-ridden and melodramatic yaoi and I wanted to read something charming. I found this beauty in a midst of reviews and I'm really happy I did. The main character is a HUGE breath of fresh air. He's honest and funny and true. Very different from dramatic heroes. The premise is sweet and I honestly laughed out loud. Its quite short, not sexually graphic, and insanely adorable. If you're looking for something easy and fun, its definitely for you! And if you're not, still give it a try. It just might charm you.

This story is truly charming. Even though its the typical best-friends romance, its so much more than that. The main characters are so amazing and hilarious, and just make you fall in love with them instantly, even though they do have their flaws. And the romance is so sweet and beautiful, and I what I like about it most is that it isn't done quickly. The romance is done slowly, which isn't done in most yaoi manga. If you're looking for a funny and sweet story, with some smut, then this one is the one for you! Mousou Elektel will definitely bring you in with itscharm, so give it a chance if you have the time!

The story made me cry. Not of sadness but of the beauty of it. Its a captivating story that makes you cry and laugh. Its sweet and romantic. Sometimes you want to strangle the main characters and other times you want to comfort them, you share the emotion. Even though I'm still busy reading the story I can say that it is a must read for all yaoi/romance fans. Its the perfect manga for any occasion, whether your in the mood for drama or comedy even for a hint of sadness; this manga caters for it all. Its a bit long but its worth the while, thecharacters are drawn to be outstandingly beautiful, but still realistic. No character looks the same, which helps with the confusion at the beginning.

One of my utmost favorites is definitely Elektel Shinaide. It approaches both sex and relationships with a degree of realism without drama or angst. From the first page, you know it’s different. One day, Fumi confesses to his childhood friend, Shunpei, that he is gay and that’s how the story starts. I’m not going into spoiler realm, but I loved Fumi’s and Shunpei’s relationship as friends, and it made me wonder why they never got together before. Not only is Nekota Yonezou’s art fabulous and beautiful, plus her sex scenes super hot, but her approach to this story was amazing. Not only did she touch upon preparationfor anal sex, she also touched upon that anal sex doesn’t feel good from the start, amongst other things.

Plus this is super sex and relationship positive, no rape to be had here!
