First off, this manga is meant to be hilarious. And up to now, it really is. If you are into commedies, I suggest you give the first chapter a try without further research. Just one chapter and you will fully understand what the serie is meant to be. However, if you still are not convinced, here is my review. This manga strongest feature is clearly the humor. It is not just good, it's GOLD. It mostly focuses on misunderstandings and double meanings. Second, it is a story you would not expect to be published on shonen jump (I don't wanna spoil but you will understand by the firstchapter), and the concept is everything but "already seen". Also, it is not your average fanservice serie, as it might seem from the title, nor is the yakuza setting the main focus.

Third, the art. Clearly the author knows his job pretty well. The characters (especially the dentist) are beautiful, the narration is fluid, the backgrounds are well drawn but never get in the way, everything is mostly well placed. But it is not just the art itself, it's also how well it's used to emphatatize the comedy and making it even more hilarious. For example, everytime the main character gets a boner (yeah, you heard right) we see his crotch being hit by some powerful source of light "by sheer coincidence". If you watched Kill la Kill, you may have an idea of what I'm talking about.

But what is this story all about? I'll be short to avoid spoilers. The main character is Kurosumi "the unmoving", a yakuza young master who is deeply afraid of women. And, in particular, he is deeply afraid of boobs. Forced to go to the dentist after a very long time, he is visited by this beautiful busty girl. You would expect him to panick, right? Oddly enough, he doesn't. For the first time in his life, Kurosumi the unmoving was "moved" by a woman. And that's where the comedy starts. Will Kurosumi win the dentist's heart? And why only the dentist managed to move him? How will being a yakuza boss interfere with his romantic life? How will his family react?

I started this manga out of boredom, with no expectation at all. But it hooked me, and after nine chapters I'm still here waiting for the next. And that is why I'm writing this review, I honestly want more people to enjoy this beautiful little jewel.

As Manga Plus says, "Give it a read and maybe your wall will be broken"

People can say whatever they want to say but this series is a gem. It's my guilty pleasure and it gives me a lot of joy everytime I read updates. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A MATURE AND SERIOUS SERIES, THIS IS NOT IT. But if you just want something that will make you laugh and make you forget about your problems, this might help. SPOILERS(?) Story and characters - light and very few conflicts since said "conflicts" are only due to misunderstandings. This is one of the story where miscommunication between characters are well justified and endearing. It also causes a lot of laughs. The comedy comes naturallybecause ALL of the characters are weird. The simplistic writing style also helps in a way that readera are fully aware of the event even though the characters especially the two MCs are not.

I went through the series without reading the synopsis and was pleasantly surprised about the first twist — that Tomori is a cross dressing guy and heir of a yakuza family.

By the ending, although I wish for the author to publish extra chapters, my only frustration is that Tomori and Takuma didn't realize that they are both gay (especially Takuma). But that's just my preference, this is technically NOT YAOI.

Art style - No contest this, all pages are consistently beautiful. I've sabed a lot of photos because some pages are even majestic.

THIS IS COMEDY and if you decided to pick it up, I hope you expect it as such.

THIS MANGA IS NOT A YAOI. I REPEAT THIS IS NOT YAOI. Sorry for the confusion, you'll understand when you start to read it. Although you might get turned off by the concept, trust me it's funny. Obviously this manga got a low rating from the start because of certain 'situations', but please don't get turned off from it and give it a chance (coming from a non-yaoi fan). "Romance" is not the main genre for this manga, and Comedy is so keep that in mind. I originally was going to drop it after I read the first chapter, but curiosity got the better of meand let me tell you that I haven't regret it since. This is genuinely funny and entertaining!

Plot - 8

So this manga follows the story of a yakuza heir named Takuma Kurosumi whom has a fear of women. One day he's tricked into going to see the dentist and that's when things start to get saucy.

I won't reveal anything more about the story because it's better to read it on your own, however I will say that looks can be deceiving!

Characters - 9

I swear that these characters are as dense as they get (in a good way).

Art - 9

Art is amazing

Enjoyment - 9

I promise that you'll laugh at least once

Overall - 8

I would say give it at least 10 chapters. Personally I was gonna drop it at 1, but due to my curiosity I've caught up to the latest chapter and I would highly recommend to read it!

[I recommend reading this review AFTER reading the first chapter.] Yes, this is technically a BL with the MC and ML both being dudes. No, it's not like 99% of other BLs. This is a comedy manga first and foremost with an absurd premise, absurd characters, absurd situations, and absurd misunderstandings... And that's why it's amazing. The plot overall is a 7: It's slow and focuses more on wacky situations the cast gets into than on the romance itself. However, it still makes time to develop it as well as the characters. The mangaka can clearly draw and express scenes in a way that's easy to understand. Iespecially enjoy the way they illustrate dynamic poses on characters. It looks incredibly well-done. Therefore, the art gets an 8 from me.

Characters are a 9. They're hilarious, expressive, diverse in shapes and sizes, and I care about them and their strange antics; The main two—especially the nurse—having a sort of depth to them. Since side characters appear almost every chapter, they are also extremely memorable.

I should mention I read this after waking up at 4 in the morning and could barely contain my laughter! Definitely a 10 for enjoyment! The jokes and setups for said jokes are amazing with ridiculous shit appearing left and right to the point you're wondering what this writer smoked before storyboarding!

Overall, it gets an 8/10 for me. While I wish there were more progress in the relationship over the 48 chapters, I can't deny I was more focused on what the hell these smooth-brain characters were doing this time! If you can get over the fact that two dudes are the main romance pairing, then you'll enjoy the comedic misadventures of two yakuza groups comprised of numbskulls.

Takuma Kurosumi, young head of the Kokuyo-Kai clan, fears only two things: talking to a girl and going to the dentist. Everything changes when he meets Tomori Shirayuki at the Pearl Dental Clinic, a young doctor who knows how keep him at bay. From this premise I thought the plot of this manga revolved around the comedic interactions between a dentist and a terrifying looking yakuza who happens to overcome his fear thanks to her. What a disappointment. You have an annoying dentist-yakuza with a cross-dressing fetish and an inept protagonist who gets turned on by talking about poop and toilet analogies. The twists and misunderstandingsare too demential, a conglomerate of repetitive gags that aren't funny. The artstyle is mediocre and bland: idiotic characters with same face syndrome. If you don't have the sense of humor of a schoolboy in the throes of an hormonal storm, stay away from this trashy thing.
