Reviews for Motto❤Hanjuku Joshi
Back to MangaDid you enjoy Hanjuku Joshi? Well, this is Motto! Story: This is a direct continuation of Hanjuku Joshi, not even a sequel. Overall the story remains interesting but it peters off towards the end into short stories involving various couples from before. This is fine, as these later chapters are mostly to wrap up some stuff from previous aspects of the story. It's pretty okay stuff on the better end of average yuri and the fencing present throughout is fun. Chemistry: The two main characters continue to be cute and the other two couples are charming in their own ways. There's some ick with age gap ANDa teacher/student relationship towards the end that is continued from the previous manga, so be warned.
Art: I adore Morishima's art style. It's so good! Character designs are distinct and have a fun bendy bendy quality to them (her arms are so funny) with an appropriate amount of well done backgrounds and good paneling.
I enjoyed this manga with my main criticism being the ick factor in one of the couples. Not my thing. Read Hanjuku Joshi first though if you're interested in this.
