I love this manga because this is more a comfy and laid back to relax story, is has good piece of art and development, and also important is not an action manga, is has a lot of funny moments (I love the reactions of the secondary characters). The Main Character is quite OP in their unique way, but not overly OP with no goddamn reason, is just really good in their specific set of skills, also who he was before and who is it now is kind of original even for a Isekai Manga. I love the idea that the slimes are important in this storybtw, I think they are cute and how they evolve in this story as secondary character for the MC is also original again for another Isekai Manga.

Its pure a light hearted series it make people cry in how realistic and heart worming this story is. Its something to read if you enjoy the basic isekai with a lot of cute moments and LET ME TELL YOU ITS NOT BORING UNLESS ALL YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IS ACTION!! It has action here and there but what it tells you in the beginning is that the main character is just enjoying his new life not fighting any wars or enemies just leaving life to the fullest because that is the opportunity he got from the gods. Its about a guy who was given anotherchance in life and he learns new things that he never knew before. He these things that make him happy while making friends, that would have been hard to make on his own but with the help of caring people he starts to lose that loneliness he had in his old world.

I will only write review on the manga as I didn't read the light novel. The world, the background, the plot and everything else are written and planned very nicely. As this is isekai genre, the author made the protagonist really reflect his past self even though he is still a child on the outside. His attitude and habits are all pretty much the same as his past self. This is a huge point for me because in most isekai genre, the protagonist doesn't feel like he's reincarnated from another world so readers can really feel like the protagonist is really reincarnated (or transferred) toanother world and still retain his past memories.

The whole story and plot is very heart-warming as the protagonist is trying to enjoy himself in another world where he suffers and had a trauma in hist past self. The story progress is not too fast and not too slow, it paces pretty nicely along with another character introduction and their development. I also want to mention that the art complimented with the heart-warming story so another huge point for me! Some part doesn't really makes sense but perhaps the mangaka can't convey it well enough from the light novel but really looking forward for the updates!

This is one of the purest isekai stories I've ever read. The story wants nothing further than showing Ryoma, the MC, being appreciated, cared for, and enjoying life. This is both its greatest strength and its greatest weakness. The story has lots of things going for it. The pacing is slow without it being dragging. Characters are well-drawn with no particularly distracting fanservice. Even outside Ryoma, the story still manages to share a bit of spotlight upon the side characters. But the purity it tries to stick on also neuters the story. In its effort to keep Ryoma as pure and unsullied as possible, the story endedup falling very deep into one of the isekai plot traps; the story offers no meaningful challenges. There are obstacles, sure, but they never feel much like a challenge for Ryoma. They always got resolved in less than two chapters, sometimes less than one, and as much as I understand this is a standard of isekai stories, it also reduces the layered experience of life Ryoma could have gotten.

As it is, the stories felt less like a 'experience life the second time' and more like 'have a years-long holiday'.

And as much as I love this story nevertheless, it's quite a waste.
