Reviews for Boku no Kanojo wa Saikou desu!
Back to Mangathe manga starts off a little bit weirdly but after a few chapter it gets good and it is very heart warming. On of the most wholesome mangas i have ever read. This manga is based upon the mangaka and his girlfriend. the story of their everyday is funny and sweet. An awesome manga to lift up spirts The art is pretty okay nothing too good but the characters are funny and have weigh to them. Iori is the girlfriend in the story and she is an outstanding character. She is a comedic and fantastic person that keeps their everyday life funny and filled with happiness
If you ever have a rough, stressful day and want to unwind by reading a nice lighthearted romance manga that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside, this is the manga for you. The characters are uniquely lovable. The girl is honestly the best girlfriend that a guy could ask for, and will make you wish you had someone like that in your life. The humor is also rather unique and I do not think I will get tired of it in a long while. The last manga that made me feel like this was Horimiya. If you have read that manga, then you know what I amtalking about. If you enjoyed Horimiya, I believe you will like this too. Give it a try!
oh boy get ready for a huge dose of "im so lonely" and perhaps jealousy while reading this so here's a review after reading all the chapters in one sitting bokukano is a what u read when you want a good mix of everything, not too tropey, and closer to reality then most of its genre it gave me tonikaku kawaii vibes along with a lot more absurdist and mostly funny moments (like plastic neesan) and of course a bit of tsun and a sprinkle of affectionate domestic violence. (lewd stuff actually happens) it leans more towards com than rom and did get quite a few chuckles outfrom me
dominant female lead most of the time (if you are into that kind of stuff), some of the smoothest lines ive seen used by a girl
wholesome stuff, some insight into cohabitation (since this is one of those rare romcoms where it is based on actual author experience) *totally not referring to rent a girlfriend*
overall a really solid piece of work, no indecisive bullshit, just straight to the good stuff ("perfectly balanced, as all things should be")
really glad i gave it a read, and you should too.
rating:
8.1/10
i forgot to mention: childhood friend won.
This manga is that type of narrative where the overall plot is episodic (kinda reminded me of Ah My Goddess and Hayate no Gotoku) and it's full of romcom (more on the comedy side) and slice of life. It's the story of a couple with their everyday lives just having a variety of fun, with the girlfriend initiating most of the funny moments and sometimes finishing it with her occasional adorable domestic violence (it's just her punching her boyfriend to the gut) or being clingy to him in a funny way. For the characters, you may find the girlfriend doing crazy antics and spouting someweird logic that may be true to some extent and sometimes just funny nonsense, but that's what makes her a very special character in this manga and as a balance to her more serious and logical boyfriend.
Art is simple and okay, nothing complicated. Perfectly blends with the comedy and slice of life atmosphere of the plot.
If you want a quick read and/or doses of romcom, please give this a try.
Definitely one of the best 4-koma I've ever read. I can definitely see Takami-sensei's preferences XD and I pretty much agree. I have to admit, a manly girlfriend sounds VERY enticing and clearly they had a ton of fun the whole 8 years we've followed them. A breath of fresh air in the slew of basic couple manga. Amazing. The story is great slice-of-life. I love the childish games they both play on each other, you have to maintain your inner child. You never get bored of their hijinks and I found myself constantly dreading the end. I want more! 10/10 The characters are great. Both are funnyand dumb enough to never have a true quarrel withkout turning it into a weird and hilarious situation. I'd also like to mention the girlfriend's mother. She's the third character that had me rolling every time she appeared. The others aren't that impactful but are all endearing.
A solid 9/10
The art is cute and has its own style so I accepted it much more. I love finding a manga that isn't just a copy of the same 2010 shounen romcom artstyle.
8-9/10 I liked it very much.
I can't recommend this manga enough. That is unless you're a very jealous oerson XD. I know I got a bit cranky at times seeing how much fun they were having and how they were best friends first and lovers later. Couples like them are truly one in a million.
If you want 5 hours of nonstop hilarity while also being insanely wholesome I'd advise binging this. Even if you do get the jealous thoughts it has to leave you feeling warm and cozy in the end.
This is one of the most wholesome mangas you will ever read! You will also be really jealous of the main couple! Most of the time we are seeing the daily life of a couple (which are FMC and MMC) FMC is really funny and you will probably fall in love with her while reading this! MMC becomes better after some chapters! Their chemistry is pretty good and really funny too Now I just want to be loved lol I don't want to spoil too much so I will just say that this is something you should definetly read If you like romance-comedy stories!
