Have you ever seen any piece of fiction, and said to yourself: "This is it, we have peaked, nothing better will ever be made." Because this is me with Sekai de Icchiban Oppai ga Suki. Warning: I will gush hard, I have no idea how long this review will be, and if there's no TL;DR up there, then it will be at the end. The plot is basically there's this high school girl except she's got huge boobs. i mean some serious honkers. a real set of badonkers. packin some dobonhonkeros. massive dohoonkabhankoloos. big ol' tonhongerekoogers. This is genius, how on Earth nobody else came up withsuch a masterfully crafted plot?

The premice is just godly, we follow this boob crazed cold beauty named Ichiara Chiaki on her day to day life, exploring the gracious chest of this girl from another school Harumi Hana and developing the threads of fate through the threads of breasts, exploring the many layers of relationship between thee groper and the groped.

The author could have stopped there and this manga would have still been decent, but nay, there is way more than meets the eye.

This is not merely a manga about touching breasts, nay, this explores the breast as one would explore the Americas back in the days. Never forgetting to preach the billions of breast types across the world. Ranging from gigantic jugs to tiny mounds, from the softest to the firmest, while also showing us how a true relationship between groper and groped works, as it is not as one-sided as your local rapist may believe. For after all, a groper needs proper understanding of what he gropes, for the groping to reach new heights. And perhaps, through groping, a better understanding can be reached, o'e that words couldn't portray.

Don't take the shoujo-ai genre on it at face value. A relationship of sorts is reached, but it is, first and foremost, a Manga about groping, the science of groping, the philosophy of groping, the art of groping and the sociology of groping. As for the character's designs, a great manga about breasts is obviously going to require great characters with varying types of great breasts, which the manga does deliver in a great fashion, although I cannot help but notice the lack of a middle ground, and while satisfying both extremes is not a bad idea, it leaves the moderates rather unhappy with the situation, although I do not talk about myself, being a small breasts apologist through and through.

TL;DR: Yes officer, I did grope this stranger's breasts in the streets, but it was only means to get closer to her heart. And if that's illegal, then I will go to prison and hold my head high. A manga that delivers to near-perfection on the most incredible premise in the history of manga. I cannot recommend enough to read this if you like breasts, aka are a normal human being.

I first read this manga because of the description, a manga about breast groping ... Interesting. I honestly expected this manga to be a bit trashy and just focusing on the breast plot only, but surprisingly this was heartwarming is it a good masterpiece? no, it's not, it's a "yuri" manga and anyone who watched enough anime knows that yuri consists of "body fluid exchange" or "platonic statements". The thing I like about this manga is the fact that the relationship between the two characters actually grows, there are moments where the characters question the consents of their actions and the characters really to stickto you later when you realize there is a relationship growing on, but of course the most thing that got this manga for me was the "art" you can expect the best breast groping from this manga.

I Like OPPAI Best in the World…basically is what you’d expect from this manga. It is about tomboy Ichihara Chiaki who is a member of the archery club and beloved by her classmates because of her masculine physique. She just has one, tiny little issue. She is a huge breasts fetishist who is absolutely obsessed with the sweater puppies of tsundere Harumi Hana who despite going to a different school, allows Chiaki to grope her…. Yeah. This manga doesn’t have a lot going for it. The central theme can be funny, but that’s really the only thing about the manga that it has to offer.Even then, it gets old because of its formula. Worse, are the characters. I can’t even say that any are actually likable. Chiaki for the most part is annoying, but what makes it disgusting is just the fact that she loves Harumi solely because of her breasts. That’s literally it. There is literally nothing there to really make Chiaki a better character because she sees Harumi as nothing more than a walking manifestation of her desires. I would say that Harumi should consider putting a restraining order on Chiaki, but that’s not happening anytime soon.

Harumi is a little better, but she is still a flat character. No pun intended. There is legitimately no reason I can think of as to why Harumi would be willing to let Chiaki grope her aside from her maybe having some ingrained feelings for her, but even then, Harumi shows herself as also being a hollow young lady because later chapters indicate that she likes Chiaki because of her small chest. Really, just the shallowness of both characters makes the manga a chore to read.

While the illustrations are good, the manga is otherwise lacking of substance.

It's time to finally do a short review of this after rereading it for a 3rd time! Truly up there with the greats! I should say I am *not* an ecchi guy. I can enjoy it some, but it's impossible to carry something with just that. I need some depth and a hyper generous helping of adorable, fluffy romance. There's talk of boobs, but not nearly enough about how god damn adorable these characters are as they fall in love. **Plot** A fairly lengthy story about a weirdo girl that loves boobs to a concerning degree. It's a pretty hilarious and fun direction to kick off a romcomfrom, and somehow it works way too well. More than anything like this probably deserves.

It's very hard not to binge since it always engaging and funny every step of the way. The way the relationship progresses through the theme of the manga is pretty impressive since it never really abandon that theme at any point. Making a relationship evolve properly via groping of all things without delving into being mindless ecchi garbage is an incredible feat. You can tell the author put everything into making a genuine, fun story, and by the end it's just so sweet you wanna cry.

**Characters**

The main characters here are fun and interesting. They communicate well and are quick to resolve issues that may arise, which is really nice. Unnecessary drama that drags on too long is a common issue in yuri and romance in general, so it's always refreshing to have competent mains in the spotlight.

The way their emotions and perspectives change on what they're doing as they learn more about each other is just too adorable and sweet. It's a nice, natural progression throughout the whole story and is the main reason you'll end up staying til the end.

The side characters that show up throughout are pretty solid as well. They support the mains well and add some nice variety to what's going on in any given moment without overstaying their welcome. They aren't too prominent since the main focus of the story is pretty heavily on the main duo, but it's never boring when they do show up.

**Art**

The art is the best of things. It's very consistent and looks amazing all the way through. It does a great job at selling the emotions of all the characters and is responsible for how damn precious the whole manga feels. It's one of the most important aspects of romance manga, and this one did a great job.

**Enjoyment**

Every time I go back through this it's always so fun. It's highly underrated and it's a damn shame this is the first full review of the manga. Seeing complaints about things you just didn't bother to read to see get resolved is wild, and gushing only about the boobs really just undermines the story and characters for what they are.

This is what ecchi *should* be.

First of all I want to say that I'm a big fan of Konbu's art and that I have liked every work of her I've read so far. I have to admit that it was the title that intrigued me. And I do like my ecchi manga sometimes, so I decided to pick it up in its physical version published by Yen Press. The art is really good, and while the characters aren't anything special in particular, they're still funny. The plot actually moves forward, and is not just fill off breast-groping all the time. Basically, there's a lot of romance between the two girls,even if breast-groping is its main theme.

If you want an ecchi, light read, but still wholesome, I recommend this manga.

There are a handful of chapters whose focus may not be that contact per se, but has other typical school situations, be it a cold, the school festival or weekend outings. Moreover, these are complementary to that main contact to boost its romantic section, achieving a marked evolution in the development between the two, establishing a natural growth, as far as it goes, and giving us the appreciated blushes for fans of romantic comedy.

Even with the outstanding work that I have emphasized Konbu, it can only be done to a certain extent taking into consideration the premise, context and what can become the relationship, a demonstration is the introduction of other characters to dedicate chapters from time to time, of course also have to do with breasts, although they lack the same simple charisma as the protagonist couple being only palliative while we see them again, still, its duration from the beginning had demarcated a ceiling.

I appreciate that the story does not extend to the detriment of itself, even so a few extra chapters would not have hurt, although it has an ending pretty nice for the protagonist couple in the type of story it is. Additionally, despite the dedication, it can feel repetitive in different sections, but fortunately the continuous evolution of the relationship does not overextend the problem. Ultimately, those who are precisely in the target audience will find themselves with a work that they will surely remember fondly.

Como bien puntualiza el título, la temática principal es acerca de pechos, y tal como implica la portada, de protagonistas tendremos a dos chicas, por lo que es una comedia romántica ecchi yuri. La autora y dibujante es Watame Konbu, una mangaka que te puede resultar conocida por sus otras obras como Saikin Yatotta Maid ga Ayashii o Jahy-sama wa Kujikenai! (mi preferida), o por su trabajo de ilustradora; soy un fanático de ambas facetas.

Desde el primer capítulo la historia se presenta tal cual es, un tributo a los pechos desde Chiaki, quien tiene un diseño tomboy, un príncipe encantador para sus compañeras dadas sus cualidades deportivas y su talento natural para hablar, hacia Harumi, una compañera más recatada, siendo muy guapa y que tiene unos grandes pechos. La relación entre ellas parte desde el manoseo y se dirige a donde sea que conlleven los continuos contactos.

Dado el título, premisa y contexto, sí, la mayoría de los paneles más importantes estarán en disposición de mostrar pechos desde todos los ángulos que permitan admirarlos, presentar al lector el manoseo ejercido por la otra, destacando lo grandes y suaves de los mismos. Es admirable el esfuerzo de Konbu por conseguir que durante la duración de la historia en lo referido al aspecto más técnico, conserve esa dedicación en dar el merecido detalle a ese contacto, variando las poses y vistas, adicionalmente en las versiones compiladas para la publicación física de los tomos tendremos varios paneles “sin censura”, es decir, con pezones.

Aclarar que no es únicamente presentación de pechos sin más, aquí entra su parte cómica, debido a la marcada diferencia en la actitud entre ambas se presta a diferentes bromas y chances, usualmente por la actitud estrambótica de Chiaki y la sorpresa de Harumi, aunque a veces es la misma Harumi quien da pie a los intercambios cómicos. Si ya era admirable el esfuerzo de Konbu en encontrar más formas de variar la disposición del panel para evitar la repetición visual, esa dedicación también se traslada a lo narrativo al pensar en diferentes bromas relacionados a pechos y hacia qué otros sentidos dirigir el manoseo.

Hay un puñado de capítulos cuyo centro podrá no ser ese contacto en sí mismo, sino que tiene otras situaciones típicas escolares, sea un resfriado, el festival escolar o salidas en el fin de semana. Nuevamente, otro factor para evitar la repetición. Además estos son complemento a ese contacto principal para impulsar su apartado romántico, consiguiendo una marcada evolución en el desarrollo entre ambas, estableciendo un crecimiento natural, dentro de lo que cabe, y brindándonos los apreciados sonrojos para los fanáticos de la comedia romántica.

Aún con la destacada labor que he recalcado de Konbu, sólo se puede hacer hasta cierto punto teniendo en consideración la premisa, contexto y lo que puede llegar a ser la relación, una demostración es la introducción de otros personajes para dedicarles capítulos de tanto en tanto, por supuesto también tienen que ver con pechos, aunque carecen del mismo simple carisma que la pareja protagónica siendo sólo paliativos mientras volvemos a verlas, de todas maneras, su duración desde el comienzo tenía demarcado un techo.

Agradezco que la historia no se extienda en detrimento de sí misma, aún así unos capítulos extra no le hubiese venido mal, de todas maneras cuenta con un final hasta sentido para la pareja protagónica en el tipo de historia que es. Adicionalmente pese a la dedicación si puede sentirse repetitivo en diferentes tramos, afortunadamente la continua evolución de la relación consigue que el problema no se extienda de más. En últimas, para quienes estén precisamente en el público al que va dirigido se encontrarán con una obra que seguramente recordarán con cariño.

Let get this through, is it worth reading? Yeah, if you can endure the first 5-10 chapters(which are pretty short so is no big deal) then yeah, i consider this one worth reading, its a dumb story which little by little just start becoming more a cute, funny, romantic and wholesome story. Gotta be honest tho, its start way too slow and way too repetitive, to the point the first chapters feel more than boring, just a pain to read them. But when it start to get the right pace, new character are introduced, the focus get off the "boobs" itself and more into the characterrelationship it feels enjoyable.

The art itself is amazing, so well drawn and every character looks unique to their personality. No there is not much nudity, just partial and just in a few chapters.

And the ending? totally worth it, didnt feel rush since there was no clear route, it is just a slice of life so it caught me off guard. It was so warm, cute and wholesome, loved it.
