Reviews for Vampire & Junior
Back to MangaDo you like fluffy stuff? If you do, then this is a must read for you. First, the not so good stuff. The story is rather weak and the characters don't really stand out. I thought that this would be a bad series. However, I was wrong. And now onto the good part. None of that stuff that I mentioned above matters. Why? Because this manga is SO FLUFFY. Despite all the criticism I'm giving, Kyuuketsuki-chan x Kouhai-chan produces a heartwarming fluffy aura that you can basically see in every page. It does have its sad moments, but so far those all have been investments infuture fluff production.
At the time of writing this review, this series is still ongoing and I am looking forward to seeing where this goes. I've enjoyed reading so far, and I hope you will too.
TLDR; Read this if you like fluffy yuri romance.
I really like this. It's funny, Charming, Sad and Entertaining. While nothing ground breaking is happening. You will find enjoyment out of the comedic side of this. The faces that the characters will make is also nice part too this. The art is good. Character designs are also very appealing. The story itself isn't really anything big. But if it was some big thing it would probably ruin the rest of the story. It's mostly just about a vampirish demon and a normal High School girl. They both have a sad back story that doesn't seem forced and they both work really well with eachother. They're also really adorable couples.
Quick dodge for me. Read 3 chapters. Too much thinly veiled SA for me, and it's glorified and romanticized. For those that dislike that like I do, you'll want to avoid this like the plague. I'll explain what happens below, for clarification's sake. SPOILER: Chapter 1 has an SA representing bite and forced relationship that MC resists. Chapter 2 again has SA representing bite that Iris the vampire confirms has an aphrodisiac effect, effectively drugging MC into liking her. Also refers to MC as a dog that she trains to do her bidding. Chapter 3 is a date that tries to pretend everything is okay and thatthe relationship is acceptable when it SUPER isn't.
Since the other reviews are outdated and preliminary I feel that they don't capture the true essence behind the story. It is technically a spoiler but it is more about the overall plot of the book and not a specific moment. As it is said in the other reviews it has comedy, charm and "fluffy stuff", but the most prominent is the sadness and hopelessness. With that in regard I would say that the story is the biggest thing this manga has to offer, the rest is just a plus. It has its cringe lines and what I would consider a slow/boring start but I thinkit is worth a read if you can handle and like sad stories.
forever in love enven after you died we still meet everyday story: 10/10 charaters: 8/10 art: 7/10 read:10/10 So in my opinon it's one of my favorite manga even though the ending is one of the sadest but most sweet ends I have EVER read. It was so unbilivable strong of Iris and Sara to still hold togther even though that they both knew that Sara is dying and Iris was the reason why that showed there strengh of there love. I personally think because of this time were they still stood tougether like how they promied in the beginning of there marrige, that was maybe the reason whyit possible that Sara "reincarnatd". I do have the thought and the hope that Iris can save Sara this time. Btw the story of the side charater is like a citrus drop, sweet but also sour and somethimes hurtfull.
I would be very Intrested if Iris can save her this time but, we'll never know
