The summary of from myanimelist.net of Iinchou no Himegoto is only probably 5 pages of the whole manga, so I wish you'll take the time to read this before you move on to another manga or expect some ecchi scenes. Story: Even though it's very typical story line and very predictable plot, it's a short sweet manga where the guy is always there for the girl and would be any girls dream guy and the girl is faithful to the core. I like the story because of the relation between the two is very strong, even though you might rarely find a couple like that thesedays, but the guy is always there to protect the girl so no rollercoasters, its a smooth ride. (9)

Art: Nothing too special, typical shoujo art, but you have to appreciate it cuz let's face it not everyone can draw. Even if some can you can't draw shapes looking like they're dat awesome and actually get it published. So it's pretty nice and there are some cute guys. (9)

Characters: The guy and girl thing again. Sometimes you just want to see a happy couples without any trouble, instead of full way anticipation and intense momments. There are a few "bounces" but it's just a very sweet romance and the girl is very straightforward, but characterization don't develop alot and compared to the others it won't really be fair like those popular ones like Fairy Tail, etc. (8)

Enjoyment: I just really wanted a sweet couple nothing to bad or too awesome, most important a short good story. Not alot of those so I was really happy how sweet this is and how okay it ended. so YES (10)

Overall: Even though alot of things have high ratings I still think it only deserved a 8 because compared to alot of popular ones this is really not highly developed just a sweet nice story to get you going.

Iinchou no Himegoto is an enjoyable manga if you're looking for something short and sweet. Story: The very beginning of the manga is somewhat original, but once you get a few chapters in you start to see how it is just like many others out there. Everything becomes predictable, but it still has that heart warming quality to it which is something I enjoyed about it, and is why I went with a 7. Art: The art in this manga isn't anything spectacular, but its not too horrible either. The thing that bothers me the most is that all the characters look the same. Theirhair and height being the only difference. Being an artist myself may have an influence on my rating of a 6 though.

Character: The main characters are both pretty average. Ayano is the sweet committee chairman and Kagura is the mafia's scary 10th generation with a sweet side not many get to see. The development between these two was very rushed, as one would expect from a manga this short, but their bond is very strong, and I'm a sucker for that kind of thing so I gave it an 8.

Enjoyment: I think the enjoyment level of this manga pretty much comes down to your personal preferences. One of the main things I liked about this story is that even when a conflict comes up, the characters don't spend 20 pages contemplating it. Everything seems to be resolved fairly quickly, mainly due to the length of the manga. If you want to read something that will leave you with a good feeling than this is the manga for you. I gave it a 7.

Overall: I gave Iinchou no Himegoto a 7 overall. It is a very sweet story which, in my opinion, would have been better if it were longer. It feels like a 50 chapter manga cut down into 10, which definitely shows.
