Reviews for Tenbatsu Angel Rabbie☆
Back to AnimeI'm trying my hardest not to be so hard on this but I almost wish I hadn't wasted my time watching this anime. I'm gonna give a little more of a summary anyway because I think the ANN one misses a few important points. The story that this anime follows is that Lasty is a "angel", one who uses their powers to bring peace and happiness to Earth. The angels live in a technological space station over a post-apocalyptic earth. The angels each have to go down to earth to train and when it is Lasty's turn she ends up discovering life on earth isn't aspeachy as she's used to. Lasty even ends up battling the very same thing that brought about the last war on earth.
The basic plot was actually not bad and the first half of the anime was actually interesting. Somewhere around the middle of the OVA the story was too fast paced and hard to follow.
The animation was good. Characters looked like they had some time spent on their design and animation. It made me wish that they had spent their efforts on something else.
Overall this anime isn't something to go out of your way to watch. If you like sci-fi and magical girl animes give it a shot. Otherwise don't bother.
I decided to watch this anime because I love angels. I found it pretty boring but I kinda liked the art (it reminded me of Dokuro-chan). This anime is not something you should see but it´s not too bad. So if you don´t have any other way to spend your time or you just want to watch something short and gick you can give it a try. Althought I don´t feel like reading the novels after watching the anime with I think was the creators purpose when they created it. Overally the short is not good but also not too bad
My first review, soo, yeah. Tenbastu Angel Rabbie's story line was.....not bad I guess, But I agree that the time shouldn't have been wasted making this. The art's better than a lot of anime I've seen but the storyline was completely pointless. I mean, if they were to make a whole 12 episode series out of this, then maybe it wouldn't be so bad. But it wasn't a 12 episode series. It was a one episode OVA(?) and just didn't really satisfy at all. This "series" was way too fast paced. It was definitely obvious that they made a pretty cool storyline(if you're into this kindof anime), but then just crammed it all into 20 minutes of ....Nothing.
I don't really know what my opinion of this would be rating-wise.
