Galaxy Angel X (4th Season) Honestly, I'm not even sure what I could say about Galaxy Angel that hasn't been said in the past three write-ups I have done already. Galaxy Angel X is absolutely the wildest and craziest season of Galaxy Angel. The episodic nature of the anime makes it easy to follow, but in X, it gets so much harder. Just about everything shown in X has no true lasting effect. All the stories and zany elements shown to the viewer only last for "that" specific episodic part. With each episode having two "parts" that never continue from one another, Galaxy Angel Xis really the wildest season.

We're introduced to a new character this season, Karasuma Chitose. She appears to be really friendly and just wants to make friends, but her means of doing so are so unordinary that she eventually becomes hell-bent on wanting to destroy the Angel Brigade; this also causes a lot of episodes with her to be really funny and absolutely crazy as she tries to juggle two different personalities.

Mint, Milfuelle, Vanilla, Forte and Ranpha (Normad too) are still an absolute blast to watch and with Galaxy Angel X, the scenarios are crazier than ever before, the solutions are just as ridiculous and it makes Galaxy Angel X seem like it's on steroids compared to everything else we've seen.

Music and sound are hugely upgraded this season. Everything sounds better, there are less recycled audio and best of all, a ton of great music choices for when the case arises. Absolutely loved the direction X took in terms of sound/audio because it is probably the best season in this regard.

Story: Literally isn't any. Lost Technology and the crazy sidetracking that occurs is just that, crazy and wild. Aside from Chitose, don't expect anything to happen with a canon/long term effect. The 13 episodes or 26 scenarios are all wildly different from one another and it's best to have no expectation at all when going into the last season.

The biggest difference Galaxy Angel X has, compared to the other seasons is that it's the only season where I felt that it would be best if you watched the previous seasons. There are no introductions made, no information filled for viewers, it's all things that should be known by now. As such, X starts off with a bang and finishes with one too, so only recommend X for fans of the previous season. There are also many references to past episodes in older seasons too, a nice treat for those who've seen Galaxy Angel from start to finish.

Galaxy Angel, as a whole, is a super slice of life anime that uses a sci-fi background to place the Angel Brigade in zany and out of this world situations. The characters are all great, the locations can be really fun and the comedy is really really good. If you're bored and want something fun and funny to watch, give Galaxy Angel a try.

I find it quite shocking that no one had ever written a review for this anime (This will be my first review since joining) Galaxy Angel to me is a very enjoyable anime it has a story The Angel Brigade are searching for the lost technology but every time they end up in a whole bunch of other troubles each episode. Some people might bash this anime and call it crappy but I think its a work of art especially if your someone who likes to watch shows to have a good laugh. You have your Characters like Milfeulle who has an enormous amount ofluck and who is also very cheerful and very Ditzy.

You have Ranpha who is very skilled in fighting and who was an obsession with Rich and "handsome" men.

You have Vanilla who is highly religious and very quiet and when she does actually speak its religious themes or cryptic comebacks.

You have Mint who is the intelligent one (which I find her adorable btw)

Last but not least you have Forte who loves Guns and is afraid of mice lol

I personally think Galaxy Angel is a every Enjoyable anime that you can watch when you feel like sitting back and watching something funny.

Alright. I finished it. This is more of the same thing as the previous Galaxy Angels episodes. We have a team of characters (with one new addition in this season), that are supposed to be some sort of special force looking for "lost technology" devices which are, for practical purposes, something like magic. Instead, most of the time they cause trouble and goof arou.... actually that's not quite it. The show grabs characters it established in the previous seasons, and instead of following some overarching story, each episdoe it features two mini-stories that are completely unrelated to each other. They play with characters, put them intoa new settings, new roles, and with the next mini-story, everything is reset.

This season there are more parodies, jokes, or just goofing around in stories in general. In the end it is not really a kind of thing you watch because you expect something deep, but rather something you watch because it grew familiar to you, and because it is somewhat amusing.

Story 6/10:

More of the same thing, except they upped craziness a little. This season there's larger number of parodies, references to other shows, etc. The epsidoes are completely unrelated to each other, and probably can be watched in any order (except the last one, maybe). Rather than having some sort of overarching plot, it simply puts characters into new setting every time, and starts over with each new story. As I said, there are two short stories per episode.

Art: 5/10:

The art is of a budget variety. The show doesn't really excel at it, backgrounds are sometimes hastily drawn. It has a small bit of a a 1990s vibe to it, but not much of it, because amount of detail is fairly low. Still, it isn't horrible by any means, and I"ve seen worse.

Sound: 5/10:

It is okay. Not much to add to it. One of the previous seasons featured an almost magical "mysterious" tune that was used in some of the episodes, this one has nothing of the sorts. It doesn't get in the way, and that's it.

Characters: 6/10:

They're stereotypical and stick to their role. No character development at all, they are what they are. However, by the time I finished the show, I realized that I really got used to them, and enjoyed their predictability. That's why it is 6.

Enjoyment: 6/10:

It is interesting and I liked it. This is the kind of thing you pick up, watch from time to time, don't even notice how you get used to it, and once it is over, you miss it.

Overall: 6/10:

Well, I'd recommend to watch it, starting from season one. There's no point in trying to binge watch it , but this is the kind of show you coudl see from time to time, and then return to it to see what it throws at you next. Not a masterpiece, but enjoyable nevertheless.

So, recommended. It is worth keeping in mind that if you start with season 1, there are 126 episodes total, so finishing this one will take you a while.

It's impossible to put into words of just how amazing this final season is. Galaxy Angel has an odd phenomenon of where it just gets better as the anime goes. It's a wonderful sendoff to such an amazing anime. The CVs all do their best and sound like they're having a blast voicing their characters, and I feel that it's very well represented in the final episode. The finale is definitely a twist that I wasn't expecting, and I will refrain from spoiling it entirely since it's something worth experiencing. The music is fantastic, Angel Rock and Roll is easily the best OP right next to theoriginal Galaxy Bang Bang. The OST is miles better than last season and fits each scene perfectly. You can feel that the writers were determined to give GA a proper sendoff, and as such they write some of the best episodes of GA to date: Ordinary Extraordinary Chocolates, Commander Invasion Flavored Spice, Soup That Has Simmered Extra Long, Go Ahead Rice Cooker, Memory-Full Sukiyaki, and just so many more. There is hardly any "okay" episode, because they all range from good to amazing!

Like someone mentioned here, it's highly recommended that you watch the other three seasons before touching S4/X since you jump right in with hardly any introductions like with Z and A.

The comedy is easily the strongest it's ever been. Just about every episode is guaranteed to get a laugh or chuckle out of someone. With the addition of Chitose Karasuma, there's a fresh formula that provides a gateway for so many jokes and when there's a Chitose centric episode they make sure to utilize her insecurities and mixed personalities fully. Sadly Chitose only has about 5/26 (yikes) episodes where she's a main character, she mostly gets the Twin Star Troupe treatment to where she's disregarded until they need a short gag.

But despite that, everyone is in top form in their own way. Milfeulle gets targeted by a hitman but always escapes death, Ranpha is the main character of a romcom bishoujo anime, Vanilla stalks someone and turns them into a fish, Mint almost murders her teammates (and kill herself) because they burnt her precious animal costume collection, Forte destroys an entire planet, flashes her womanly features to everyone because they though she was a man, and she also turns into a spider, lady... thing...? after she swallowed a spider avenging his father after she stepped on him. Those are real sentences I've written.

Galaxy Angel X is pure insanity that must be watched. Please enjoy GA~
