Reviews for Maps

After watching this anime, I understood why there are still no reviews here. This OVA is not good, but it is not even bad either, it is something in the middle. And accordingly, it is not particularly impressive and does not stand out. In general, this is an anime about adventures in space with a bit of everything: mystery, violence, fanservice, humor, action, drama. There is a little originality here too, the concept with those spaceships and their incarnations in "human" form is interesting. Everything is done fine, but I would not say that anything is revealed enough here, somehow stands out or is memorable.The same applies to the characters and the plot, and the audiovisual part - everything is average.

An alien girl flies to the main character (an ordinary schoolboy), tells him that he is special and invites him to search for an "ancient artifact". He agrees without hesitation and they set off - and that's the whole show. But the story is (sort of) completed and it was interesting to watch, although (let me repeat it again) - I'm unlikely to remember anything about it for a while.

Overall, a very average OVA, but enjoyable to watch.
