Kimi to Boku 2(You and Me 2) is one of my most awaited anime of Spring 2012.. For those who havnt watched the 1st season, plz make sure you watch it and start this awesome series that revolves around 5 male friends, namely Shun, Yuuta, Yuuki, Chizuru and Kaname. So most of yours question might be "What actually difference between Kimi to Boku and Kimi to boku 2".. Well, Il give u a straight answer-There isnt much of a difference..its Just the continuation of the 1st Season People who are looking for action n adventure, this anime aint for you guys.. But i would gladly would recommendthis Series to u since its one of the mesmorizing anime

Why do i like this series? Its because there are some animes that makes your day better...Feels ridiculous right? but its true.. This Series really makes your heart over whelmed with happiness at least it gives u a wide smile :D

Not much of a story in it..Its easy to understand,fun to watch etc.. Dont think this series to be a yaoi n it will never be.

In the series they show some of the character's childhood memories.. it have bits n pieces of romance.

Even though I hate most of the slow paced anime,this is one of the few rare gems where I love the slow pace.. its better in slow pace than the normal pace..

The ART is simple which fits perfectly with this series.. This art is filled good with examples of cats..Yes cats which makes u smile all the way.. These cats have traits of the characters-Shun, Yuuta, Yuuki, Chizuru and Kaname, and i always looks forward to more cat examples :D

Each character Feels like the main character and every one of them is funny in their own ways. The main concept in this is FRIENDSHIP. Here every character is unique.

What makes this anime is the Friendship between the 5 males.. Its really fun to watch how they teases each other or help each other. Their Bonds are irreplaceable

This anime is pretty good comedy+drama+slice of anime which truly deserves 7 and above rating.

I've just literally finished watching Kimi to Boku 2 a few minutes ago and headed straight to here to right a review because that's just what this show deserves. It was amazing, heart-warming, and perfect in every way. While watching the show it's like it struck a little cord in my heart with each scene. I actually teared up so many time watching this show just because of how simply beautiful and fitting it was. The show really doesn't progress or have some super turn of events and I think that makes it comfortable to watch. Just a lot of jokes and good times. Theart was just as good as it was in the first season. With the painted pictures of the most heartwarming scenes and the different cats that were placed to imitate the characters actions.

The sound, gosh! the music was just as beautiful as it was in the first season. And bravo to the voice actors, I absolutely adored the way Chizuru talked paired up with his actions. And Shun's voice is perfect too!

The characters really are a bundle of laughs and tears. I like how they all get along together. Seriously, after watching this you'll probably feel lonely after seeing how nice there friendships are.

Seriously, if you are watch Kimi to Boku 2 then you're probably aware of how amazing it is already considering you've watched the first season.

"It′s not as if anything has changed, though." When I have first came across with the first season of Kimi to Boku (or 'You and Me' as referred to some people), I thought that it wasn′t going to click, maybe it's because when I first saw it, that art doesn′t look so great; but I was totally wrong - the story captured me, even though it doesn′t have much of a plot, the story is refreshing and kind of makes you happy. I already knew that there′s a sequel to the first season, but even though I already know it, when Kimi to Boku ended, Iwas a bit sad. I was like - I don′t want to wait for too long !! *A*

I was really glad hours, days and weeks passed by so fast. I was strolling somewhere in an Anime Site, I saw 'Kimi to Boku 2'. What the HELL ?! I must download this, fast !! So as soon as I saw the 4 episodes currentlly released, I immediately downloaded them; I don′t wanna watch ONLINE, the buffer′s taking FOREVER to load >.> And that pisses me off.

Anyways, let′s get to the review:

- Kimi to Boku 2 or You and Me (2), hasn′t changed at all since the last time I saw it (when was it ?). The story still revolves around these 4 male childhood friends and the transfer student. In this time of the year, most of the new-released Anime′s doesn′t have a plot or storyline to follow through. But even though they don′t have plot, doesn′t mean it′s not worth the watch. If you are hesitating whether to watch a certain anime or not, try watching about 2 - 3 episodes first, if it doesn′t really climb up to your interest, then it′s up to you whether to continue watching or not. Slice of Life isn′t actually my taste, but if the story is like Kimi to Boku′s, then why not try and watch some episodes of it and see for yourself if you′ll like it or not.

Nonetheless, nothing has changed about the 'story' of Kimi to Boku. Still refreshing as ever XD

- I′m not really sure how to grade an Art, since I suck when it comes to Art, especially DRAWING. OH HELL NO. You can′t trust me to draw things for you, it′ll bea total DISASTER I tell you ;A;

What I like about Kimi to Boku′s art, it it′s 'simpleness'; for me, it′s not too flashy nor too dull. It′s in the MIDDLE. I really like simple arts, sometimes, when the prequel of an anime is finished, once the sequel is aired, you′ll sometimes notice a change in the art. Since Animators change >.> That sucks. But on Kimi to Boku, it′s 'usual look' is still the same as ever; not that I′m complaining or getting sick of it, rather, I really like it. I don′t like to criticize arts too much, because I′ not a professional my self. At first, you might draw really BAD,but once you get the hand of it, without realizing, you′re getting good as time pass by. And that′s how I feel about the art of Kimi to Boku.

- Kimi to Boku′s OP′s and ED′s are really suited to the Anime′s Theme; the songs are sort of ballad; they′re a bit slow at first, but after a minute or two, the beat′s getting faster. But the song and beat is really catchy. I quite like the OP, since it′s not too LOUD, if you know what I mean. No,seriously. Sometimes I wonder, in some Anime′s some of the songs are too CRAPPY. Like WHY ARE THEY CHOSEN AS AN OP/ED ? My ears are.. bleeding. /dies Kimi to Boku′s ED, is also like the opening, though the song is not getting fast after some time. I don′t quite like the Intro of the ED Song ;A; (Please don′t kill me !) But once it turns into the middle-like part, it′s getting good. I really like the ED Song, because even though the song is like a SAD Song, it still gives you a bit happiness while you think of some good things. (GOD I FEEL LIKE CRYING)

I always SKIP the OP′s and ED′s of an Anime, but if it′s pleasant to my ears, I sometimes listen to it, and while the OP/ED is playing, you have minute or two to do some things while listening to it; sometimes, that′s my purpose of listening to OP/ED′s even though my ears are bleeding while listening to them XD

- Each and every character that left you for a moth, they are still the same - The girly-type and quiet type Matsuoka Shun, the grumpy Tsukahara Kaname, the Twins, Asaba Yuta and Asaba Yuki and the carefree transfer student Tachibana Chizuru. They are still the same since the last time we saw them. Nothing has changed, and that′s why I like Kimi to Boku, a lot :) They didn′t change the personalities of the characters that I loved for who they are. LOL Some unfamiliar characters might be introduced in the upcoming episodes, so better stay tuned *_________*

- As far as you′re concerned, I′m really enjoying watching Kimi to Boku, it gives of a nice feeling and aura. Though the Comedy can only be considered as 'light' it′s still great. Witnessing the everyday life of these 5 Males, what more can you ask for ? (Ummm .. please give me a Popcorn or any snacks.) Since I have the feeling that Kimi to Boku 2′s ending won′t be that great and happy, I thought of not giving it a high score yet, some might think this is overrated even though only 4 episodes are out at the time. Nevertheless, I hope you′ll enjoy watching Kimi to Boku, as much as I am enjoying watching it. Just sit back and relax, let us witness the daily lives and daily activities of these 5 Highschool boys.

"No matter how many years go by, I'm sure we'll still be laughing together." This dictum from Kimi to Boku season 2 leads us through the entire series. It does not sound really outstanding or impressive, even not meaningful. But after we get to see the show we might change our mind. We start thinking about how deep this statement in fact is and how important it will become, even if it seems difficult to imagine at the very beginning. The “heroes” of this second season are the same as last time; the Twins Yuta and Yuki, Kaname, and Shun. All have been childhood friends since kindergarten,and after Chizuru joins them, their school life changes and becomes livelier. That is it. Well, what did you expect? A bunch of good-looking teens trying to find their love – or just someone who does their homework? No at all.

The twins, Kaname, Shun and Chizuru are as normal as anybody out there could possibly imagine. Normal in a rather extraordinary way.

One of the great pleasures of Kimi To Boku is its inherent lightness, the way it seems wholly unaware that it is a grand achievement – even though it actually is. Its story? The “ordinary” daily life of “normal” people. Have you ever had one of those days when the night came and you were watching or reading something - and all of a sudden someone asked you: how was your day? And the only thing you said was: “Just normal… daily stuff…”

In modern society, people tend to forget the daily life; the little things that happens all the time - but we do not pay attention. We would rather see something else. And from that point of view, this anime appears to be quite different – and yet normal. Kimi to Boku is one of the great animes precisely because it is not set out to “wow” us. None of the characters are flawless; and yet, they are all very well fleshed out – but not storyboarded. They act normal, ordinary - and unpredictable.

The twins are very talented in their own ways but can hardly be separated; Kaname is very into his studies whereas Shun keeps an eye on all of them. Last but not least there is Chizuru, the energetic and cheerful young guy who used to live in Germany. Each of them have a specific set of gifts, skills, dreams, qualities and flaws – as well as we do. But just recognizing them is not enough: what counts is what we do with them.

Timing is everything - the anime has its own. And this can be seen in each dialogue, each emotion, and each movement from the characters and, of course, the camera: nothing happens too early, nothing too late. The plot is the pounding heart of the series. Every episode takes one of the characters - whether this is a main or not - and does something clever with him or her. There is a lot of character development to be found in this series.

The Design/Visuals should not go unmentioned. It stayed the same as we had seen this in its predecessor; however, it still had a relaxing colour palette. There are scenes where the anime stands still: and then in the way as the scene changes its colour, it does remind of a storybook. The wonderful, seemingly unimportant score and the beautiful colour help to get deeper into the “ordinary” story and the series.

What is most wonderful about it is the way how the cat – which is some sort of a “hidden” main character - is embodying and carrying a certain moment which the characters are facing at this time; fear, anger, happiness, loneliness, boredom, tiredness and so on.

"No matter how many years go by, I'm sure we'll still be laughing together."

By the time the show has ended, we should be able to understand what they meant; it helps the series to become what it is: art. It is not the colour, the score or the characters. The fact, that the series talks about “daily life” – which is a really boring topic for most of us – could confuse. However, it also shows us that we do not always need a big story or topic to create something big. Something that is worth to be seen.

And laughing, on the other hand, is not just about being happy; it is also about the pursuit of pleasure and delight and surprise, being able to spend your time with those people you hold most dear; Laughing can be symbolized with the seeking of both sensation and meaning.

Personally, I have found it is also the small things – even if we call it “ordinary” stuff – that can create great and memorable art as Kimi To Boku did, and the deep happiness I got from the series itself is truly my greatest reward. That is all I can ask for. Some may share my opinion, some not; depending on what perspective you have and what perspective you have got.

I am so happy Kimi to boku( my favorite Tuesday anime) has returned for a season 2. Shun, Kanime, Yuta Yuki, Chizaru, Mary, those lovable cats XD and everyone else. Oh how I missed them so much. Kimi to boku series is the most relaxing anime I have ever watched. Every time I watch an episode I always smile and laugh. There are heartwarming moments that make feel happy and sad at the same time. I recommend this anime to everyone. Kimi to Boku. 2 continues Shun, Kanime, Yuta, Yuki, and Chizaru's life together as best friends. But thistime I think they will focus on a bit more romance between the our main characters. Anyway everyone stays over Kanime 's place. Chizaru eats a lot. Lol. They reminiscent their younger days at Kindergarten. Throughout the season, we get to see more of Chizaru and Mary moments and how their relation develops. Good and bad. The friendship between all of them are even closer than ever. I wish them good luck in their future endeavors

The art style is the same as 1st season. The style of animation of the new opening song is very similar to 1st season one. Which I like. The new ending song focuses on the main 5 characters doing funny random face expression and other things : ) I very happy they kept the original OST from the 1st season.

Hope to see more episodes and I hope they will stay friends forever no matter what changes are ahead of them.

Kimi to Boku 2 is the continuation of the first season. It still has the same story of these 5 best friends where they enjoy their high school life, doing fun things together, grow and learn with each other. Though in this season, there has been more romance, as each character dealt with love: crushes, relationships, puppy love, etc. I liked this anime because of its simplicity. The story plot is uncomplicated and teenagers would definitely relate to the characters. It is pleasing to watch and it gives me the light and warm feeling of happiness. I don’t know but this anime makes me smilein each episode. The story is realistic and true. :)

The art may not be too good like the other anime, which may not interest the people but if you look at the story more, you’ll appreciate it. At first, it didn’t pick my interest but when I watched the first episode (season 1), it made me watch out for the next episodes.

This anime leaves a good impression to me and I must say that it is one of the best anime(w/ good story and could be watched by anyone) this season.

I hope that there would be a season 3!

i gave it an overall rating of 10 cause it gave me much pleasure and enjoyment. It may not be perfect when it comes to art or whatever, but it has good impact on me.

“We still can’t imagine our futures or foresee what they hold... but we’ll all change slowly, in the same way that we’ve matured a little." This is a review for Kimi to Boku 2, but in a sense, it can be somewhat related to its prequel as well. Story – 9.5/10. Alright, if you’re reading this review, I’ll assume that for the vast majority of you, you’ve already seen Kimi to Boku (the first season,) so I’ll just briefly go over it. This anime has a very sweet, simple and tender storyline. It’s a slice-of-life show, so if you’re familiar with that genre, you would knowwhat to expect. Each episode depicts a little bit more of the life of five high school boys over the years, and it etches the fine details into the plot, breathes life into the characters, and further completes the anime as a whole.

I personally gave the story such a high score not because it was extremely intricate, but rather because of its simplicity. There’s beauty in simple things, and I think Kimi to Boku shows that really well. Watchers can relate in some way or another to KB, and the message I get from this is that every moment is precious – even the little ones.

Art – 7.5 /10. I’m sorry if this sounds a bit redundant, but I’m going to have to say the art is simple as well. It’s simple, it’s clean and it suits the anime.

Sound – 9/10. I enjoyed the music throughout Kimi to Boku quite a bit. All of the opening and ending songs matched the atmosphere of the anime very well. The OP of the second season’s very warm and the ED is very nostalgic. Music played throughout doesn’t stand out a lot, but it does help enhance every scene. And of course, the voice actors did a great job.

Character – 9/10. So you have your five main characters: Kanamecchi, Yutan, Yukki, Shun-chan and Chizuru.

When I first started the anime, I just thought everybody was extremely monotone. However, as everything progresses and as the episodes pass, a bit more of the characters’ personalities are revealed. You get to see the way all of them interact with other characters and you learn them through their actions – you even get to see some glimpses of their pasts. And soon enough, you’ll be able to tell them apart by all of their distinguished character traits easily.

I believe the characters develop and grow a lot in this anime, which was something I really liked. There was a really big theme on love in this season, so it’s really interesting.

Naive Shun develops his standpoint on love.

Chizuru deals and comes to terms with a one-sided love. (Agh, my heart totally goes out to Chizuru. I felt so bad for him.)

Yuki, strangely enough, befriends a lunch lady.

Yutan is just Yutan. He’s probably my favourite character honestly, but I don’t think too much goes on with him in terms of love.

And you know Kanamecchi with his thing for older women, haha.

I’ll be honest, I’ve become incredibly attached to everyone and I feel like all watchers can. I was watching episode ten of Kimi to Boku 2 when I realized that they were third years. That actually made me a bit sad, haha. Like, I didn’t want them to graduate so soon! Why were they growing up so fast? I wanted to see more of them, you know?

Enjoyment – 10/10. I had tried reading the manga a while ago but gave up on it pretty early in. I’m not sure why I didn’t like it, but I decided to give the anime a try and enjoyed it immensely.

I know Kimi to Boku is a bit slow. It’s at a very easy and casual pace that just flows smoothly (almost lethargically.) I know that it was a lot slower than what I was used to, so I would always procrastinate watching it a bit, but whenever I did manage to force myself to watch an episode, I happily discovered how bittersweet, heartwarming and cute it was. I stopped thinking of it as slow and I looked forward to each episode which was, without a doubt, filled with emotions. I actually loved how they were able to get all of the raw and straightforward feelings across. Kimi to Boku always managed to tug on my heartstrings in some way or another, and I’ll definitely always remember this anime.

Overall – Each category is weighted differently for me, and of course, there are always miscellaneous factors. I consider Story to account for 25% of the overall ranking of animes, Art 10%, Sound 10%, Character 25%, and Enjoyment 30%.

So then:

And there you go: I finished Kimi to Boku [2] with a 9/10 on MAL’s scale.(:

Personally I thought this was a great Continuation of the story, like others I went into the first season without any real high hopes, but I enjoyed it. It was Funny, Nice, Sad & easy to get hooked. The second season was Pretty much the same, though the difference I noticed was the fact that this one was more character related. It had episodes focused on Yuuki,Chizuru,Kaname & Shun. Each one with their own different kind of story & because of that you get a better in-depth view of the characters. Even though it gets personal with the characters stories & a lot more seriousat the same time it keeps its humour. I'd Definitely recommend this to anyone who was contemplating watching it or enjoys the Animes which are about School & basically a Slice of Life.

I expected a slice of life anime about cute boys doing cute things. Which this very much is! What I didn't expect is that I found it quite deeply emotional in a subtle way. Most of the boys have unrequited crushes on girls younger or older than them and they are developed in a way that I found realistic and respectful to everyone involved. And then there's Shun, who rejects someone in a way that is very kind and is never expected to explain or justify that decision. It's nice. While all of this could obviously be improved by the addition of gayness, it's still prettygreat :3

Now it is time to scamper headfirst into this spoiler filled review. Where season one was a big pile of unresolved garbage season two of You and Me is a smaller pile of poorly resolved garbage. The animation is a tad better and there appears to be more cuts to cats than in the previous season but the tired attempts at comedy,toxic friendship dynamics, and painfully slow pacing are back in full force.

Little blond guy and little angry girl have some tense exchanges that lose all weight when they are left hanging in the wind to dry while nothing else of consequence is happening. Although her development later on with finally gaining some friends is nice. The twins are quarreling but don’t worry because the characters haven’t changed since childhood, and actions taken in kindergarten still help to make awful characters somehow not awful. The lunch lady plotline of shared interest between a high schooler and an older woman is interesting but ultimately goes nowhere. The little brother plotline is the most interesting but is held back by the lack of acceptance from the effeminate brother that fails to produce any meaningful dialogue past “don’t be a bad boy.” Glasses guys love troubles with his older childhood friend is the most coherent story line but it is still ultimately underwhelming, it would have been interesting to have had the problem arise earlier to see how it would have informed his character. The last episode shoots for a feeling of fear of the future which feels halfhearted and watered down as I still failed to relate to any of the characters. Lastly there is a special place in hell for whoever greenlit the ninth episode “Mix Juice,” never have I felt so bored and condescended to in an anime.

Final verdict, it sucks but at least it presented some more coherent ideas and completed them. Don’t watch it.

Before watching Kimi to Boku and Kimi to Boku 2 I only liked action packed animes where they have powers or special abilities. But Kimi to Boku opened up a whole new genre for me to explore. The best thing about this anime is the fact that you can relate to it so well and that just makes it so much more enjoyable. Its the kind of anime you can watch anytime and it will always make you laugh. Another great thing is the way they mix the different emotions. One minute you may be sad and the next you'll be laughing. This really is aanime for everyone but you'll especially love it if your in high school.

I also recommend that you start with Kimi to Boku because some jokes you'll only understand if you've watched from the beginning.

This anime is so charming. Honestly, as far as pure enjoyment goes, I have nothing but praise for it. It was so much fun to watch these characters. I said this in my first review of this anime, but the humor in this is spot on. The combination of the seiyuus and the writing make it absolutely hilarious in a sort of unexpected way. Both the humor and the music lend themselves to making this anime a very comfortable and relaxing experience. As far as the story goes, I think there are many lovely anecdotes about adolescence within it. It highlights a lot of common problemsthat kids in high school will have, and it deals with them in a nice way in tandem with the anime's characters.

The characters themselves are extremely well written. Aside from the fact that their relationships with each other are written convincingly, they all go through a bit of development during this season that suits each of them.

Probably the only reason I didn't give this anime higher marks is because it isn't as eventful as other school or slice of life anime. There isn't really an overarching point to the whole season; you just get to hang out with these characters day by day and see how they're living their lives. However, that isn't a bad thing at all. It does come off as a bit mundane, but somehow, it's alluring enough to pull you in.

I think this anime is kind of underrated, to be honest, and I think that anyone that enjoys the genre would enjoy this anime. If you need to relax, if you want to have a few good laughs, or if you want to fall in love with some new characters, this should be your next stop.

Kimi to Boku and the second season, I liked it even though it had no real plot. I found it hilarious and touching at times. The characters are funny as well as dense and sometimes, surprisingly, smart. I liked the little bits of romance that were put in the series, they made it more interesting and fun to watch (but that's just a hopeless romantic speaking here). Overall I found this anime full of fun times that are enjoyable to watch.

If you're looking to spend a great amount of time on a show where you'll be so entertained that you wouldn't even notice how much time has passed by, then look no further! I've tried my best to not include much of any spoilers for this review. There might be a minor spoiler but I did my best to not expose which character it pertains to in the show. I've watched a fair share amount of slice of life animes and this definitely is up there as one of my favorites amongst them all. This show offers some really great comedy and the romance is handledwell for the most part. There's a step-back in one of the relationships which I won't really go much into details since it's one of the main characters love interest involved. That'd be one of the things that really disappointed me as a fan of the show. Also I would like to have seen more with one of the twins love interest, unfortunately it pretty much was sidetracked. However I'll not allow that to cloud my judgement on how I felt about this show overall. The characters were quite likable and relatable. The five main characters have their own strengths and weaknesses that sets them apart from each other. It's explored throughout both of the seasons. Each of them pretty much are unique in their own ways. They remain as cool as they were from the first season. After finishing both seasons, you will realize the power of their friendship. Not to forget how the OST's used in this show were soothing and heartwarming.

Overall I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in a slice of life/school setting anime. It focuses on friendships and explores their interactions with other characters.

So, let me just start off that i've watched Kimi to Boku seasons one and two and when i first saw this anime i honestly thought that this would be something like romance between boys or something like that, but well i couldn't help thinking that cause most of the characters were guys and so i couldn't help it, could i XD Well, then so i started watching it and i seriously enjoyed it. It was really classic, you have 5 teenage boys slowly learning about every day life. Falling in love, friendship, siblings. Personally, i loved the twins the most :3 It was reallya classic slice of life anime, i recommend it to those who... well, want to watch a slow going anime. This anime takes your mind off stuff, at least it does for me. Though the gags in this anime isn't really that funny, it's funny for me though, it really is a good watch. Ahh~ now i feel like going to a Japanese high school~ Hahaha well, the characters in the anime also deserve an outstanding award, and the way that they used cats to somehow, more or less portray the characters is also something interesting. The art gives you a somehow fluffy feel, the storyline/plot is there, but basically its more or less revolving around the lives of 5 high school boys XD

Well, this slice of life anime honestly is great, i loved it, i'm sure others will too, no doubt. But well, enough said, i hope i have successfully managed to review on the greatness of this anime.Overall, it deserves a 10. But well, if you're more to the rough and not to girlish kinda anime, you shouldn't really watch this, this is slow paced and kind of how i like it to be.. i wish life was like this >__________> Heheh, well, finally, great anime and currently i'm trying to find a way to get my hands on the manga =3=

To be brutally honest, I was pretty disinterested when I started the series. It had charm but lacked pace, and the song that played towards the end of every episode came off a tad overdramatic. I thought, perhaps when this blonde I've been seeing in the opening song comes in, the series will finally kick off. And I don't like bragging about being right– okay, I lied, I thought correctly, and it was great. With the charisma and quirkiness already in place, a new burst of energy and life that was missing put this series in its stride. However, all the characters extend beyond the rolethey play as a fifth of this enjoyable group of friends. The first season was a delight to watch, but it is here in the second season where as a character study and slice of life anime, it goes beyond the expectations it had previously set.

What more is there to say about this show? A great cast of interesting individuals, entertaining interactions, a good dose of humour, and a nice, thick slap of josei in the face, ultimately something any slice of life fan can appreciate.

Overall: 6.8 Story: 6 Even though it is the 2nd season of this program, believe me if I tell you that one of the sections that he worries about the least is History, especially considering that it is based on being 100% a daily life and there really is not much where to hold on, since it does not have a link between chapters that is worth highlighting. Although yes, at times some specific event may have repercussions on the future of the protagonists, above this there is not much more of Plot and as for my consideration I feel that it complies but I expected somethingmore regarding the relationships that its prequel raised.

I consider that both points meet equally in the expectations of the show and are a big part of the incentive of the program with its catchy openings, relaxing OST and some good images of very affectionate kittens create a good atmosphere for Kimi to Boku II, very chill.

Characters: 7

As for the characters of the anime, they do not undergo too much change or rather development during this transmission, they continue to maintain their predefined personalities, although some other characters do receive a small change in skills as Tachibana, which has been, in my opinion, the best that brings this sequel. We also have in a certain chapter a new 3rd year character but who eventually becomes irrelevant leaving his assigned chapter. This is another section that I approve but without too many merits that I can highlight.

The truth is this 2nd installment of Kimi to Boku I feel that I no longer generate the same as its prequel in which I did not know anything about the Work and everything was new and fun. Here he returns too much to some self-conclusive chapters of "the boys doing nothing relevant" and automatically I was getting tired, the best thing that I contribute on this occasion was to observe a little more of the feelings of the protagonists in love, but precisely the series In general, he preferred not to focus so much on it, when it was one of the engines of its prequel and vital points of the program. So taking a chapter out of his deepening in the relationships of Yuuki, Kaname and Chizuru there is not much else that has been worth my consideration.

Aun siendo la 2° temporada de este programa, créanme si les digo que uno de los apartados por lo que menos se preocupa el mismo es la Historia, sobre todo teniendo cuenta que se basa en ser 100% una vida cotidiana y realmente no hay demasiado de donde agarrarse, ya que no tiene un nexo entre capítulos que valga la pena resaltar. Aunque si, por momentos algún suceso en especifico pueda repercutir en el futuro de los protagonistas por encima de esto no hay mucho mas de Trama y en cuanto a mi consideración siento que cumple pero me esperaba algo mas respecto a las relaciones que planteo su precuela.

Arte: 8 y Sonido: 8

Considero que ambos puntos cumplen por igual en las expectativas del programa y son gran parte del incentivo del programa con sus aperturas pegadizas, OST relajantes y unas buenas imágenes de gatitos muy cariñosos crean en definitiva un buen ambiente para Kimi to Boku II, muy chill.

Personajes: 7

En cuanto a los caracteres del anime, no sufren demasiado cambio o mejor dicho desarrollo durante esta transmisión, siguen manteniendo sus personalidades predefinidas, aunque algun que otro personaje si recibe un pequeño cambio de aptitudes como Tachibana que ah sido para mi entender de lo mejor que aporta esta secuela. Además tenemos en un cierto capitulo un personaje nuevo de 3° año pero que a la larga se vuelve irrelevante saliendo de su capitulo asignado. Este es otro apartado que apruebo pero sin demasiados méritos que pueda destacar.

La verdad esta 2° entrega de Kimi to Boku siento que ya no me genero lo mismo que su precuela en la cual no conocía nada de la Obra y todo me era novedoso y divertido. Aquí vuelve demasiado a unos capítulos auto conclusivos de "los chicos haciendo nada relevante" y automáticamente ya se me hacia cansino, lo mejor que aporto en esta ocasión fue observar un poco mas de los sentimientos de los protagonistas en el amor, pero precisamente la serie en general prefirió no focalizar tanto en ello, cuando si fue uno de los motores de su precuela y puntos vitales del programa. Por lo que sacando algún capitulo de su profundización en la relaciones de Yuuki , Kaname y Chizuru no hay mucho mas que me haya valido la pena en mi consideración.

When I started out watching Kimi to Boku in a few episodes, I didn't think it would be interesting. There was no story plot, it was just everyday normal high school life. But when I kept on continuing to force myself to finish, I really thought it was good. It isn't my favorite anime, but it is still an anime that I liked :). I loved all the five main character with each their own personality. Kaname is the serious type, Shun is the nice/kind type, Chizuru is the outgoing type and Yuki and Yuta are the lazy types. Each character is something special and without these characters, I'mnot sure if I would enjoy the story :).

I kept on watching more and more and I still enjoyed their everyday life. Chizuru always spice something up every single day which makes it interesting to watch xD.

Overall, it's still not my favorite character but I do still squeal over all these characters as a fan girl :).

This is god tier slice of life (school) anime. Wish I decided to watch it sooner. You watch 5 high school students become young adults through all bittersweet moments that it involves and get strongly attached to every one of them in the process. Kimi to Boku especially shines through understatement working both as comedy deviceand directing choice; this anime is taking time to show things rather than having characters comment on them. Things happen, are observed and often not resolved, but it's ok. People support each other, reflect and move on. It has layers, things unsaid make you appreciate the realness of the issuescharacters go through underneath the whole comedy packaging.

Kimi to Boku's strong points are (seasons 1 and 2):

1) 5 main characters and their super rare/unique close bonds

2) quiet moments of life, shown without extra drama

3) coming of age stories

4) comedy

5) sweetness that leaves your heart full and warm without being cheesy.

At first i tried to resist watching the series and ignored it for a long time. But years later i diced to give Kimi to Boku a try. Best decision regarding anime i have made in a while, as i need it a different kind of anime. A anime i can chill with after a long day of work, which is why it jit the mark. This anime by no meas is pure comedy nor drama, nor any of the usual we get now a day. This one is more a down to earth slice of life following the life of 5 high schoolfriends dealing with everyday situations. It is a very calm show but not slow paced, is just what you would see in your days at high school, calm normal lives with a bit of drama, a few funny moments and a couple of unrequited and requited loves. Just perfect if you ask me. A simple anime chill ride, like the doctor ordered it.

Story: it is there, it is a slice of life and a pretty good normal one. Though it requires a certain mood and taste. Then again just one episode and i got soaked in by its relaxing atmosphere and nicely pace events, that while amazing, they were genuine.

Anyways no plot twist no giant developments just normal actual lives, so for those looking for your usual fill of exciting anime, your are in the wrong place. Now if you just feeling like chilling and looking back into the old high school days where nothing ever happened but you you still had fun, than this is your feel. Unless you had some kind of horrible experience in high school, which well oh well moving on....... Still its a chill nice story worth your time.

Art: Nice, a bit outdated, but nice. From the same studio that brought you ANOHANA, with the same relaxing soothing colors and art. The animation was well done, not amazing, but yeah just about right and precise in how it needs to be, not fancy, yet soothing.

Sound:

Well the songs well both the opening and ending songs were about friendship and sharing and when in tune and went in accordance with the scenes that the opening presented. And in a way the songs got stocked in my head. Truly nice tracks.

Characters: Perfect voicing for each character. The 5 of them and Mary were so fun to watch as they hanged out, That in real life they would be nice to me and befriend. Additionally they are all well defined as we get to see enough background, and you know what again they seem like they would be really nice people.

But anyways the producers did a good job with the characters, which is always crucial for a slice of life to work. Why? in slice of life anime, its all about the characters and their daily life.

Well if you haven't noticed, i enjoyed this series. It wasn't exciting nor amazing but calm and fun. Truly one of the better anime. Of course there are other anime like this one just search for them and you will be surprised.
